Before You Order: Check Your Mousepad Delivery Address

Check the recipient, apartment details, postal code and available delivery service before ordering a mousepad, especially when sending a gift.

Use the address where the recipient can receive the parcel

For a gift, confirm the delivery address privately with the recipient or someone who can verify it. A correct billing address does not automatically mean the shipping address is correct.

Check unit numbers and saved addresses

A saved address may still refer to an old apartment, office or campus. Review it again even if you have ordered before. If the destination has a reception desk or special receiving arrangements, confirm those arrangements with the recipient; do not assume a carrier will follow an instruction that the service cannot support. Keep personal delivery instructions out of artwork files and public product reviews.

Let the full destination determine the shipping options

The store lists free USPS shipping for standard non-remote US destinations, with $10 for Alaska, Hawaii, designated remote ZIP codes and supported US overseas territories. A country selection alone is not enough to establish whether an address qualifies. Military addresses require service confirmation before ordering. Separate the shipping quote from the delivery timeline

Products ship from China. Standard item preparation is listed as 2–3 days; custom production is 3–5 days after artwork approval. Carrier transit is normally 3–15 working days depending on service and destination, and follows preparation or production. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. If a recipient will move or leave a temporary address soon, ask the store about the timing before ordering.

Tell a gift recipient about possible import charges

Store shipping prices do not include import duties or taxes assessed at the destination; these are the recipient’s responsibility. When sending a gift, make sure the recipient understands that a shipping charge paid by the buyer does not necessarily cover those charges. The store’s US company contact address is not its dispatch location. Use the published delivery information when planning, rather than estimating the route from the business address.

Correct mistakes promptly and keep the order reference

If you notice an error after ordering, contact the store promptly with your order number and the exact correction. Do not place a duplicate order just to change an address. Whether a change is possible depends on the preparation or dispatch stage. Once dispatched, use the dispatch email or order tracking page. For a delivery issue, include the tracking reference in your support request. A return destination must be confirmed separately under the returns policy; it is not automatically the address printed on the parcel.
