Help & support

Before you order

The store is preparing for launch. Checkout and payments are closed. Catalog product images, specifications and availability were imported from our existing DakimakuraStore collection. Prices are shown in USD.

Custom artwork

Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 20 MB. The original file and adjusted preview are stored separately. The preview is a layout reference, and a supplier-approved proof is required before production.

Order support

Use My account to view your orders or Track your order with your order number and billing email. Customer support contact details will be published before launch.
