Everyday care
- Keep your desk and the underside of the pad clean and dry.
- Remove loose dust gently with a clean, soft cloth.
- Keep sharp objects away from the fabric and raised support.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, heaters and hot surfaces.
Cleaning the surface
Start with a soft cloth lightly dampened with cool water. For a small mark, use a little mild soap and test an inconspicuous area first. Wipe gently; do not scrub the print or force liquid into seams.
Remove soap residue with a clean damp cloth and let the pad air-dry flat, away from direct heat. Use it again only when fully dry.
What to avoid
- Machine washing, tumble drying, ironing or dry cleaning unless specific product instructions explicitly allow it.
- Bleach, solvents, harsh cleaners or abrasive brushes.
- Soaking, wringing, sharply folding or placing heavy objects on the raised support.
Storage & product concerns
Store flat in a cool, dry place. If the fabric, seam or support appears damaged, stop using the item and contact us with photos. Product-specific care instructions supplied with your item take priority over this general guide.
